“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

One of my favourite sayings is the old Chinese proverb that goes something like this:

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

I believe that this short saying really describes the path of a successful life.

You see, a successful life begins by taking a single successful step. Then another, and yet another. You probably won’t realize it, but over a period of time, as you have made small inroads, accomplished small victories and experienced small successes, you’ll find your entire life a journey of success.

Success isn’t one big thing. It’s all of the little victories and experiences along the way.
